What if learners carried tools for creation, not just instruction?
Inspired by photographers and explorers, I designed a modular STEAM backpack for 10X International School — a portable lab that turns any environment into a space for experimentation.
The system features swappable modules that adapt to evolving curriculum goals and student interests. Configurations include a VR/XR headset, a programmable mini drone, tablet/laptop, Arduino and Raspberry Pi–based electronics kits with sensors, stationery,
and some space for physical notebooks and literature.
