At Total Environment, I led the groundwork for a digital asset management system to help internal design and marketing teams locate brand and project assets with ease. The archive spanned thousands of collaterals across hard drives and cloud servers, slowing down design cycles and onboarding.

Working with a small team of designers and a developer, I mapped taxonomy buckets, designed the metadata structure, and tagged 5000+ assets using Excel sheets as temporary jamboards. The system was deployed on SharePoint with robust search and retrieval filters — turning a week long hunts into a minute long search.

What was once a cluttered archive became a living library. Faster approvals, tighter briefs, and less time spent reinventing the wheel.
