What if schools prepared students not just for exams, but for uncertainty?

As a part of the founding team at StartupYou, I led the design and implementation of hybrid learning programs that integrated design thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-directed exploration for learners across Grades 5–11.

Over three years, we scaled from an in-house pilot programme to 25 partner institutions across India. I drove curriculum strategy, built prototyping and evaluation frameworks, and developed low-code reporting systems that streamlined facilitation and enabled measurable learner growth, helping shift classrooms from passive instruction to active, student-led design.
