Ludo RPG reimagines the classic game through character-driven mechanics and modular design. Built on familiar movement and dice-based play, the game introduces unique hero classes, tactical decision-making, and cooperative strategy — turning a luck-based play into a thoughtful, repeatable experience.

Inspired by South Asian mythologies, each token represents a distinct hero class — from Trappers and Healers to Tanks and Glyphmakers — each with its own movement, defense, and abilities. Class mechanics are designed to create variation in player roles and encourage deeper decision-making across each round.

Core mechanics include Risk-style dice battles, limited-use powers, asymmetric classes, and team-based play — adding strategic depth to a familiar board.
