Hood - A Graphic Retelling

Hood is a comic that reimagines Little Red Riding Hood in a world where food is politicized, not scarce. Red is simply carrying beef curry and parotta to her grandmother—an ordinary act rendered dangerous in a regime that enforces culinary and cultural purity. Through surreal visuals, stylized motion, and sharp symbolism, Hood explores how caste, identity, and everyday choices become flashpoints in systems built on surveillance and imposed preference.
