Concept
Mapped, organized, and restructured over 5,000+ design assets across print, digital, and video. Developed a tagging taxonomy and folder structure tailored to the brand’s verticals—Home, Hospitality, Music, and Co-Working—and collaborated with the team to implement a SharePoint-based Digital Asset Management system that improved searchability, consistency, and onboarding time.
Challenge
With thousands of visual assets scattered across teams, locating the right assets at Total Environment was time-consuming and inconsistent—slowing down workflows, especially for new designers. How might we bring clarity and structure to the asset library without disrupting ongoing creative processes?
Insight
Designers need fast, intuitive access to brand assets—especially in high-volume environments with multiple verticals. When asset systems are logical, searchable, and well-tagged, onboarding becomes faster, and collaboration more efficient.
